I’ve always fancied going to Germany but it took a few failed attempts to finally get there. History is a big part of this country and it’s something that really stood out to me on every corner it seemed but their innovation and tech didn’t go unnoticed either. It’s how they blend these two things that was very interesting to see. Finally, I got to see what I always thought and that is that this country is a force in every aspect.
This was the first of the now much anticipated time-lapse montages I create with each big adventure. I always loved the idea of condensing a great span of time in a few short minutes and this was the perfect opportunity.
Most of the stuff I learned was from hard-to-avoid big repetitive signs. My language learning skills are truly awful and evident here, but I got by ;)
DB trains are notorious for their punctuality, BUT, I arrived to Frankfurt 1hr late due to some construction. I just accepted it that ONE time and moved on.
My favourite candy bar from childhood (and still today) was now available in every store I walked in. Temptation got the better of me and I didn't mind.
